Features

A hydraulic computerized traveling head press producing 30 metric (33 U.S.) tons of cutting force. With two axis control, this machine saves material, reduces labor, increases productivity, extends die life, and assures cutting quality.

  • The double chain drive travelling head mechanism has a positioning accuracy of ± 0.5 mm

  • The roll-type material auto cutting system uses either:
    • Inboard pinch roll feeder for automatic feeding of one or two plys
    • Inboard stroke adjustable clamping beam feeder for automatic feeding of multiple plys

  • Model USA CP2583-40E – Above machine with 40 Metric (44 U.S.) Tons of cutting force, 25.6” x 25.6” (650 × 650 mm) cutting head and 25.6” D x 82.7” W (650 × 2100 mm) machine bed.
  • Abrasive Disc Cutting Die with Slug Collection Box – Including Slug Box, Die Backing Plate, Die and AL. Die Board – For single cavity setups.
  • Slug Collection Box under the Head – In some applications the slug or plug is feed thought the tool and collected in a box under the head.
  • Outboard Pneumatic PU Pinch Roll Feeding System with 6.3” (160mm) Max. Opening – The opening and closing of the pinch rolls is pneumatically operated. The pinch rolls are suited to feed up to two layers of material in and out of the machine while holding the material during the cutting process.
  • Stainless Steel Grid Plate Feed Out Device – Work with inboard clamping beam feeding system to help the feeding of flimsy materials.
  • Light Duty Four Roll Material Stand – Used to hold the rolls of material so they can be pulled into the press by the machines feed system.
