Features

A hydraulic computerized traveling head press producing 30 metric (33 U.S.) tons of cutting force. With two axis control, this machine saves material, reduces labor, increases productivity, extends die life, and assures cutting quality.

Advantages
  • Double Chain Driven Traveling Head Mechanism – Consisting of two sprockets and two chains and a single drive. There is one chain on each side of the head. They provide a quick and smooth transport of the head from position to position.
  • Two (2) Single Axis Servo Motor Positioning System – The servo motor positioning system has a +/-0.004” positioning accuracy which means you will obtain very high material yields
  • Polypropylene Cutting Pad and Oscillating Pad Shifter on the Bed – The oscillating pad shifter greatly improves the cutting pad life by rotating the cutting pad on a circular path after each cut.
  • Touch Screen Operator Interface With Program Storage – The user friendly touch screen makes machine operation easy for any operator with the ability to store programs, recall programs, and change material specifications and feed distances all with the touch of a finger.
  • Single Roll Material Stand With Tension Roller and Side Guide – Used to hold the material roll so it can be pulled into the press.

  • Model USA CP2283-30E for Abrasive Materials – Above machine is fitted with Inboard and Outboard Polyurethane and Steel pinch rolls and all cylinder rods, exposed columns and moving parts are sealed to protect from abrasive dust entry.
  • Model USA CP2583-30E – Above machine with 25.6” x 25.6” (650 × 650 mm) cutting head and 25.6” D x 82.7” W (650 × 2100 mm) machine bed.
  • Abrasive Disc Cutting Die with Slug Collection Box – Including Slug Box, Die Backing Plate, Die and AL. Die Board – For single cavity setups.
  • Stainless Steel Grid Plate Feed Out Device – Work with inboard clamping beam feeding system to help the feeding of flimsy materials.
  • Abrasive protection – All cylinder rods, exposed columns and moving parts are sealed to protect from abrasive dust entry.
  • Light Duty Four Roll Material Stand – Used to hold the rolls of material so they can be pulled into the press by the machines feed system.
