Associated Pacific Machine Corp. is proud to introduce the latest machine from Protek – The E-ADAPTIVE! The E-ADAPTIVE was designed from the ground up for tall foams. With a 15″ clearance for material below the gantry and the ability to route 6″ / 150 mm of material in one-pass, the E-ADAPTIVE is perfect for custom cases, tall foams, packaging, and similar products, while still having the option to add a knife cutting head for cutting thinner, soft materials. The E-ADAPTIVE name comes from the ability to configure the machine to suit production needs – 1-3 cutting heads can be installed in any combination of spindles or knife heads. Need efficient production for foam cases? Three routing heads will work. Need a versatile machine that can handle a huge range of materials? Configure one knife head with one or two routing heads. For maximum production, the E-ADAPTIVE can be configured with dual work areas – allowing the machine to cut in one work area while the operator collects parts and loads material in the other. This “pendulum” style system makes sure the machine is always producing.
